John C. Downs

Was born in Dublin Ireland in 1950. He lived in Long Island New York until 1955 and moved to Eau Gallie Florida (now Melbourne) in 1955. He is a graduate of Florida State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been active in the Kiwanis Club of Coral Springs, Chamber of Commerce, and several local non-profit organizations.
Mr. Downs has been married to Lorraine for over 30 years and has two children, Scott who is a Chef with the Westin Diplomat, and Christina, who works as an account manager for the accounting firm.

She was born in Miami Florida and moved to Melbourne Florida, where she met John and later married. She is the mother of Scott and Christina.
She handles all of the data input, Customer Relations, and manages the daily operations of the business.
Christina Powell
Enrolled Agent
Born and raised in Sunny South Florida, Christina attended Florida State University, and has completed several Technical certifications. She has attended and successfully completed a tax specialist course from a national tax preparation company. She passed a two day test given by the Internal Revenue Service and is now an Enrolled Agent.
She is in charge of the IT Department and website design.
